The SHA/CIA Alliance brings together two premier institutions, The Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University’s Nolan School of Hotel Administration, enabling students to attain an Associate of Occupation Studies in Culinary or Baking & Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
